Adrian Fawden, Head of Personal Injury

About me
For over 30 years I have specialised in Personal Injury and represent victims of accidents or illnesses on a no-win-no-fee basis.

I have appeared on national television including BBC and ITV news and on Radio 4’s Today programme on a number of occasions.

I have considerable experience in acting for victims injured in North America and Canada, appearing on Canadian radio and Onet in Poland, regarding legal issues.

How I can help you
If you have suffered an injury or disease through no fault of your own, I can advise and assist you to pursue a claim on a “No Win No Fee” basis, with a free initial assessment and advice. I pursue personal injury cases to conclusion in both the County and High Court and to the Court of Appeal.

I have considerable experience in acting for clients for whom English is not their first language, who have suffered injury here in the UK.

Expertise
Throughout my career, for over 30 years, I have worked almost exclusively in the field of Personal Injury law including fatal accidents, catastrophic injury and industrial disease, including Asbestos claims, stress and work-related upper limb disorder claims.

I have considerable experience in acting for clients for whom English is not their first language and for victims injured in North America and Canada; I have acted for many clients from Poland, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania who have suffered injury here in the UK.

I have pursued personal injury cases to conclusion in both the County and High Court and to the Court of Appeal.

Qualifications & Memberships
I qualified as a Solicitor in July 1990 having been trained at a well-regarded national trade union firm, Lawford and Co.

I joined Simpson Millar, another national Trade Union firm, in 1993 and became a partner and owner of the business until its sale in 2014, whereupon I remained as a consultant to 2018.

From 2020-2023 I was an Associate Director of BMA Law
(British Medical Association).

I am a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Outside of work
Away from work I have been a playing member of Saracens RFC in the very distant past, but am now a season ticket holder.

I enjoy and still play league cricket and enjoy real ale and walking, having completed the Welsh three peaks challenge, Coast to Coast and large parts of the South West Coastal path.

I enjoy most sports particularly National Hunt racing.
