Receptionist - Bridgwater office - full time
We are looking for a Receptionist with demonstrable experience for our growing Somerset law firm with a regional presence and the reputation of being a great place to work. The hours are 8:30am to 5.30pm (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
We would like to hear from candidates with an office administration and switchboard operation background.
You should have excellent communication and organisational skills and be confident to be the first point of contact for the Company.
THE
ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to come in and play their own part in the Company's success story. This role is key to the success of the Company as you will be the first point of contact for our clients through the operation of a busy switchboard. You will be based in our Bridgwater office. The role will also involve some administrative duties and helping out with our document retrieval service for Wills, LPAs and deeds. There may also be scope to assist with the organisation of company events and marketing activities, for the right candidate.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have experience using a busy switchboard preferably from the professional services sector, however applications from any sector are welcomed.
Applicants will have experience of client care and other administration duties. This well-established company is looking for a bright and ambitious individual who has a “can do” attitude and is able to work on their own or as part of a team.
You will help the company to achieve excellent client care, and champion communication amongst all members of the Pardoes’ team. You will use your initiative and be welcoming and hospitable at all times to clients and staff.
