At Pardoes we seek to deliver high quality advice, exceptional service and cost effective legal solutions throughout Taunton, Somerset and the South West.
The world is changing, and changing fast. Technology, education, health - there is hardly anything in life that stays the same. People shop, work and communicate in more ways than ever before. This change is accelerating and here to stay.
Important Update
As of Monday 10 August it is compulsory to wear a face mask if you are visiting premises that provide legal services. We would kindly ask that you respect the government's guidance and our staffs' welfare by wearing a face mask at all times when visiting our offices. Thank you

Pardoes Plan for Coronavirus

As the situation regarding the COVID-19 continues to develop, we want to provide you with an update of how we continue to operate.

We are closely following government guidelines and are doing everything we can to maintain business as normal, as such you are able to contact us via telephone, email and video call from Monday - Friday (9:00am – 5:30pm). Our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our clients, staff and others we work closely with. We have therefore provided some of our staff with the materials needed to work remotely from home. We have also arranged for a range of communication methods to ensure we continue to provide a full service:

  1. Telephone: You can call any of our offices to be directed to the case handler looking after your matter, or alternatively you can log onto our website to find their direct dial, by clicking on their personal profile.
  2. Email: You can email enquiries@pardoes.co.uk for any general enquiries or you can email your case handler directly (name.surname@pardoes.co.uk).
  3. Virtual meeting: You can WhatsApp call to receive a "face to face" meeting without having to come into the office. You will need to have access to WhatsApp to be able to use this feature. We also have other video conferencing facilities (Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Facetime etc.) please telephone to discuss.
  4. Appointment: You can request to make an appointment with your case handler. However, in line with government advice we are trying to limit face to face interaction unless absolutely necessary.

We have also made the decision to cancel our upcoming legal clinics until the end of June 2020. We will instead be providing a free telephone consultation during what would have been the clinic opening hours.

This is an ever-changing situation and the above will be kept under review. We hope you recognise that we are doing everything we can during this challenging time to ensure we provide the best possible service as well as prioritising the health of everyone we come into contact with.

If you have any concerns regarding the above, please do not hesitate to get in contact.
