As a Commercial Property Solicitor, I am experienced in a variety of different aspects, including:

• Development land involving both residential and commercial projects as well as investment property;
• Grants and surrenders of leases and lease management (such as applications for consent to assign, sublet or vary the terms of an existing lease, or to alter a commercial property)
• Acting for pension scheme administrators on property transactions;
• Acting for management companies in connection with the restructuring and management of leasehold flat/plots.

Here are some cases I have assisted with:

• Acted for an international based client, managing its large property portfolio in the country, including assisting with the acquisitions and disposal of commercial property and leasehold management;
• Acted for local developers, together with our residential team, planning team and construction team, assisting with acquisitions and set up of a variety of different development sites, ranging from smaller developments to development set ups of over 200 houses which involved work including option agreement, affordable housing agreements, adoption agreements and management company transfers;
• Acted for a client, assisting with a number of high valued acquisitions of holiday parks across the UK;
• Assisted a client with the acquisition of high valued properties such as a golf club and a popular local hotel, which involved working as part of an internal team with colleagues from our company commercial team and employment team; 
• Acted with a managing agent for several management companies in the restructuring and management of several large leasehold flat building across London.
