About me
I specialise in all things commercial property and agricultural land. I assist clients with purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold commercial property. I also deal with a variety of aspects associated with leasehold property, including grants and surrenders of leases, lease extensions, and assignments and underletting. In addition, I have experience in transfers of commercial property involving pension administrators.
In terms of agricultural land, I have experience with auction matters, from preparing or reviewing the legal pack to helping clients with post-auction matters. I assist clients with first registrations as well as purchases, sales, and gifts of land.
