At Pardoes, we offer our conveyancing expertise on a fixed fee basis and are as upfront as we can be at the outset about our proposed fees. If new information comes to light which means, we need to adjust our fixed fee we will discuss this with you before proceeding with any additional work.
However, this can mean that our fees appear to be higher than other firms as we try to encompass all costs at the outset, so our clients are able to budget accordingly.
If you obtain a quote from us, we are more than happy to go through the same with you and advise you on the different elements to our fees.
We also offer a “Price Match” option – if you have received a quote from another firm, we will review a written quote in comparison to our own to establish whether they are truly like for like. If not, we can then review our fees and adjust, as necessary.
