We can provide you with either a ready incorporated or "off the shelf" company, or a company specifically tailored to suit your needs. This includes, but is not limited to, general commercial companies, property management companies and LLPs.

A one-off total fee of £200 plus VAT includes registration fees, ours and any agent fees.

Administration of Your Company

Our aim is to relieve you of the time-consuming administration of your company.

We provide a full company secretarial service to you, allowing you to do what you do best - run your company.

A fee of £200 plus VAT per annum covers the time spent by our in-house company secretary on the routine administration of your company. Any non-routine work will be charged at our stated hourly rates, details of which can be provided on request.

Registering Your Office

We can provide our business premises as the registered office address for your company. This address will be for official documents, which we will forward to you in accordance with your instructions.

The fee for this service is £100 plus VAT per annum.

The services identified are subject to acceptance of our standard terms and conditions.
