From the outset, we will help you to agree the terms of the proposed transaction. This may involve the preparation of heads of terms. We can then assist you with the process called due diligence, by either issuing or answering the detailed questions required, in order to uncover any hidden liabilities and risks that may affect the transaction or its value.
We will then either prepare or review and negotiate the contract on your behalf, ensuring you receive the best possible protection available. Finally we will deal with the further disclosure of pertinent information, to further reduce the chance of a claim after the deal completes for breach of warranty.

- Acting for a US purchaser on the £750,000
acquisition of a software company.
- Acting for the Vendor on a £15 million disposal
of a multi-practice dentistry company.
