Keith Middle

Keith Middle is a solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property teams and is based in the firm's Yeovil office. Prior to obtaining his degree at Leeds University Keith worked as a Legal Executive for over 10 years for a Somerset based law firm. Keith then re-located to London working for a major law firm gaining valuable city experience. There he worked on various property portfolios and in particular with sales of various leasehold interests. Keith returned to his roots in 1982 to head up the Conveyancing team at Jeremy Wood & Co. Several years later in 1998 he formed a partnership with Michael Hughes to form Middle & Hughes in Yeovil, merging with Marsh Warry in July 2000. Marsh Warry was then incorporated with Pardoes in April 2011. Keith has a wealth of experience with a wide range of property matters, in particular commercial leases, sale and purchase of small businesses, sale and purchase of building plots, residential sales and purchases, residential tenancies, licences, and sale and purchase of small pieces of land. Outside the office, Keith enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. He enjoys reading, cooking, and appreciates a good fine wine.
