Ian Cunningham

Ian is a solicitor in the Family team where he specialises in all aspects of family law including divorce and financial disputes. Ian has a particular interest in childcare issues and has extensive experience in dealing with both private and public children law, including residence and contact disputes, and local authority applications for care orders. Ian studied law at the University of Exeter before qualifying as a solicitor in 2008. He also has an MA in American Studies (University of London) and BA in English Literature (King's College, London). Prior to undertaking his career as a solicitor, Ian worked as a journalist and editor. Outside work Ian enjoys spending time with his family near Sidmouth. He is an active member of the local community and is one of the trustees of Colaton Raleigh Village Hall.
