Richard Flack is a Consultant Solicitor in the Private Client department. Richard joined Pardoes as a solicitor from a leading South West firm in 2010.
Richard studied law at Oxford University and qualified as a solicitor in 1974.
Richard specialises in advising on complex trusts and tax planning matters for individuals and owner-managed businesses. He has extensive experience of advising high net worth individuals on tax mitigation and provides clear and comprehensive tax and trusts advice to both UK-based and foreign domiciled clients. Richard is a longstanding member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the West of England STEP branch committee. He is also a member of the Capital Taxes Sub-Committee of the Law Society's Revenue Committee.
In his spare time, Richard enjoys golf (on a good day), cricket, rugby, theatre and opera.
