I am a Solicitor with Pardoes and Purely Probate, specialising in probate, estate administration, and private client matters. I work closely with executors, administrators, and beneficiaries to guide them through the legal and practical aspects of administering estates. My focus is on providing clear, pragmatic advice and helping clients navigate what can often be a difficult and emotional process.
How I can help you
I can assist with all aspects of estate administration, including obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, collecting and realising estate assets, preparing estate accounts, dealing with inheritance tax matters, and distributing estates to beneficiaries. I also advise on intestacies, executor and administrator duties, trust and estate disputes, and issues arising during the administration of estates.
