I joined Pardoes in January 2024 as Head of People, Welfare & Culture.

I have worked in Human Resources for 13 years, in a variety of sectors and I’m an Associate member of the CIPD with the Level 7 Certificate in Human Resource Management. One day I would like to achieve Chartered Membership, but for now family life and work are keeping me busy enough!

I am also a Board Director for the Richard Huish Multi Academy Trust. When I’m not working, attending board meetings or running around after my two toddlers, I enjoy playing netball, going to the gym and cooking nutritious meals for the family.

I am thrilled for this opportunity to come on board with Pardoes Solicitors at such an exciting time.
