The Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team. We will consider full-time or part-time applicants.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including agricultural businesses, commercial landlords and developers, in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor at Pardoes, you will handle a variety of matters, including commercial property acquisitions and disposals, leasehold matters, landlord & tenant and development work. The role provides an excellent opportunity for you to further develop your career while gaining exposure to interesting and varied work.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, supporting clients through the process. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate their expertise as a fee earner, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your ability to network and grow your own client base will be vital to your success in this role.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in our either our Bridgwater or Yeovil office.

About You:

• A qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Commercial Property law.
• Experience in agriculture or a keen interest would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• A proactive, detail-orientated individual who thrives in a small, growing team.
• Able to manage a varied caseload and work autonomously.
• Ambitious, with an interest in contributing to the growth and development of the team and company.
