Living Wills

Often, people will wish to make "advance directives" about what should happen to them in the event they become very ill and require medical treatment.  Now there are new statutory provisions for living wills introduced by the Mental Capacity Act 2005, which can either be included in a living will document or Lasting Power of Attorney. 

Pardoes are able to advise as to both Advance Directives and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
