I am Mike Miller, COO & FD. I am a chartered Accountant by training and have enjoyed a long career as either a COO or FD across a diverse range of sectors.

How I can help you
I am not a lawyer, but I do have vast experience of law as it pertains to business. I frequently take calls from clients/prospective clients and whilst I cannot give legal advice, I can usually point you in the right direction.

Chartered Accountant with 40 years of business experience for SMEs both private and public.

I have helped and can help with all business matters and challenges. I am not a lawyer but have I sufficient experience to assist as part of a team approach for client needs.

Outside of work
Very experienced treasurer & governor in the charity sector. I also like to mentor young businesses as they work through the various challenges they encounter. Life long Arsenal fan!
