Drafting Tenant Agreements
The most common tenancy agreement in use is the Assured Shorthold Tenancy. Most people assume this to be a minimum term tenancy of 6 months. In fact, a tenancy of this nature can be a fixed term of up to 3 years and can be tailored specifically for you.
We offer not only the drafting of such an agreement, but support and knowledge of how the agreement should run, what the legal implications are in entering into such an agreement and what each landlord should do to protect itself against a bad tenant.

There are instances when you might not need an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, e.g. where an occupier’s licence/service occupancy-agreement is more suitable, again, we can advise you on the most appropriate agreement in your circumstances and what you need to carry out to make sure you comply with the law.
We can also advise on existing protected tenancies.
