Temporary Legal Secretary / Receptionist - Yeovil
We are looking to recruit a temporary legal secretary / receptionist to work in our Yeovil Office providing cover at peak times and during periods of holiday and absence.
Previous experience as a legal secretary is essential, as is the ability to audio type. Duties will include all round secretarial work in various departments, producing documents from audio and written notes, accurate filing of documents, diary management, liaising with clients, providing cover for reception, meeting and greeting clients and managing the switchboard.
Legal Secretary / Receptionist - Taunton
We are looking to recruit a legal secretary / receptionist to support our Family and Residential Conveyancing departments and to provide reception duties based in Taunton. Previous experience as a legal secretary is essential as is the ability to audio type.
This busy role requires an individual who can provide effective, professional and timely secretarial services including producing legal documents from audio and written notes, making and receiving telephone calls and updating client files, preparation of document bundles, accurately filing all relevant papers, scheduling meeting and diary management. Reception duties will include managing switchboard, meeting clients and dealing with all queries in a professional and efficient manner.
The ideal individual will have a professional and hard working approach, with flexibility to support all departments within the office.
