Sarah studied law at Cardiff University from 2002 - 2005 and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Bristol in June 2006.

Sarah works within our Employment & HR department, qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2009.

Sarah assists both employers and employees. For employers her work includes preparation and audit of employment contracts, policies and procedures. Sarah also advises on all aspects of the employment relationship, to protect employers against the risk of claims and offering strategic advice and support should a dispute arise.

Sarah regularly participates in seminars, providing updates on changes to employment legislation and how they can be incorporated into the workplace.

For employees, Sarah provides advice on rights associated, for example, with dismissal and discrimination.

Sarah is passionate about music and playing both piano and saxophone. She is also a very keen sportswoman, and in particular enjoys rock climbing, running and yoga. When Sarah has spare time she enjoys languages and is currently learning Spanish.
