Russell is Practice Head for Medical Negligence and Healthcare Law/Personal Injury, Family and our Civil Litigation Departments

Russell deals with all types of personal injury claims, and specialises in accidents at work and multi-trauma injury cases.

He was a Partner at Fox & Company, Taunton, between 1990 and 1995; and following a merger from 1995 to 2000 he was a Partner with Battens. Russell read English Literature at Pembroke College, Cambridge. He was a trainee at Bevan Ashford, Exeter, qualifying as a solicitor in 1987.

Russell became an Equity Partner in April 2008.

Outside of work he is a keen walker, trekking in the Quantocks and Nepal.
