How long will it take?

Conducting a claim properly takes time.  We will progress you claim as rapidly and efficiently as possible.  Most claims take betwwen 18 months ansd 2 years to be completed.  Claims companies that guarantee quick results may well cut corners that which could affect the amount of compensation you receive.

When should I contact a solicitor?

Personal injury claims must generally  be started within 3 years of the accident.  There are exceptions to this 3 year limit and if your accident was more than 3 years ago you should contact us to see if you can still bring a claim.

It is best to contact a solicitor right away. Delaying can make it more difficult  for you to win your claim or may affect the amount of compensation you receive.  memories fade and vital evidence can be lost. The sooner we start investiagting you case the better chance of you winning your claim and gaining the compensation that you deserve.

How much will I receive?

You can claim compenastion for your pain and suffering. Youi can also recover your loss of earnings, the cost of any medical treatment and medication, the cost of any care you have required or will need in the future. There may be other losses that you can claim for . Our solicitors can advise you on how much compenastion you should receive  and make sure that's how much you get.
