You can have a free initial meeting with us. We will expain all the ways that your claim can be funded and find the way that is best for you.


Can I get legal aid?

Legal aid is not availble for most personal injury claims now. It is only available for a few restricted types of claims. We will advise you if your claim is within one of these categories.

What is a no win no fee agreement?

No win no fee agreements are also called conditional  fee agreements. If you do not win your case, you do not have to pay your solicitors fees . No win no fee agreements are easy to set up and we can explain in detail how they work at our initial meeting.

What is legal expenses insurance?

Some people have insurance that will  cover their legal costs.  It is sometimes included in you home or car insurance policies so should   them with you to our first meeting so we can advise you if you have this type of insurance.

What if I lose my case?

The general rule in English law is that the loser has to pay the winner's legal costs. We can obtain insurance for you that would cover these costs in the unlikely event of you losing your case.
