Justin is a Partner in the firm and specialises in high value medical negligence claims. He has developed an expertise in actions involving General Practitioner and Hospital negligence.  He has a special interest in cases involving spinal epidural anaesthesia, diabetes related amputations, obstetrics,  orthopaedics, particularly failing to identify fractures, meningitis, cancer, particularly with regard to skin melanomas, cervical and breast cancers.

Justin qualified as a solicitor in 1994. After joining Pardoes in 1997, he decided to specialise in medical negligence litigation. He was appointed to the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel in 2003,and both the Law Society's Clinical Negligence Panel and the Action for Victims of Medical Accidents Panel in 2009. 

Justin lives with his wife and 3 children in East Brent, Somerset. In his spare time he enjoys reading and playing the guitar.
