Worried about funding? Don't be. We offer complete peace of mind when it comes to funding your claim.
'No Win No Fee' Agreements
Following the recent introduction of legislation, you are now able to pursue litigation with complete peace of mind knowing that you will not have to pay anything in the event that your case is unsuccessful and that you will be entitled to keep all of your compensation in the event that you win your case.
What is ‘No Win No Fee’?
A ‘No Win No Fee’ agreement, also known as a Conditional Fee Agreement offers you peace of mind when pursuing a personal injury claim.
At the very outset, we will assess the prospects of your case and decide if we are able to offer a ‘No Win No Fee’ agreement which means that in the unlikely event that your claim is unsuccessful, you will not be charged any legal fees. Any costs payable to the other party will be paid under an insurance policy which we will take out on your behalf.
If your claim is successful, our fees will be recovered from the other side, typically an insurance company. You will not have to pay any of our costs and will therefore keep 100% of your compensation. There are no hidden charges or deductions for legal costs.
In some circumstances legal costs cannot be recovered in full from the other party, such as Criminal Injury compensation claims.
There are other funding options available which we will happily talk through with you, should your case be unsuitable to be funded under a ‘No Win No Fee’ Agreement.
Legal Expenses Insurance
This could be on your home contents policy or as a stand-alone legal expenses policy. For the insurance to cover your claim, there must be reasonable prospects of successful.
Trade Union Membership
If you are a member of a trade union or trade association you may be entitled to free legal advice.
Private Funding
This involves you paying all the legal fees yourself. You may be able to recover some or all your legal costs from the other side if you are successful in winning your claim.
