Nobody likes thinking about their death.
To make sure that your farm and business pass to the person you want, it's very important you make a will. Furthermore, within your will, you must specify any entitlements or subsidies for which you're eligible, otherwise you may lose them. The good news is that as a farmer, you may also be able to reduce your taxable estate.
