Denys is responsible for the leadership of the firm. He has a wealth of experience at senior management level within large financial institutions. Denys joined Pardoes to help develop all aspects of the firm ensuring that Pardoes is the leader in providing ‘big city’ legal competence to our local communities. His role encompasses all management aspects of the firm.

Although born in Taunton, Denys has spent most of his career in Bristol and London. He gained both operational and strategic management experience at the highest level, with latter roles as Head of Strategy for Bristol & West PLC and UK Commercial Director for Bank of Ireland.

As well as seeking to deliver the highest standards in commercial life, Denys has a passion for the community. He is a national board member for Race for Opportunity, on the leadership teams for Business in the Community (South West) and Common Purpose, and was the first Prince of Wales Ambassador for the South West. Denys is also a keen football fan supporting both Southampton and Yeovil Town through good and not so good times, and similarly Somerset Cricket Club!
