David offers a wide range of legal services particularly in the field of mergers and acquisitions. He has had extensive experience internationally as General Counsel to a number of blue chip corporations.

In the course of his career David has handled billion dollar transactions in Europe, USA, the Far East and Australia, notably for SmithKlineBeecham, WPP Group, Forte and BTR. David also has specialist knowledge of gaming law.

He has lived and worked as a practising lawyer in the USA. David is also a local magistrate.
