Originally from North Devon. Daniel attended West Buckland School and then studied law at De Montfort University, Leicester. He returned to the South West and completed the Legal Practice course at the University of Exeter.

Daniel qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and was appointed a partner in 2008. He specialises in medical negligence claims and has a particular interest in oncology, abdominal surgery and orthopaedic injuries. He has also dealt with cerebral palsy cases.
