Charlotte works in the firm's Taunton office, and specialises in residential conveyancing. Charlotte has specific experience in dealing with new build properties, having worked in the New Homes Unit of Foot Anstey's Taunton office. She was keen to join Pardoes to expand on her experience and enjoys the varied caseload she is now working on.Charlotte also has had previous experience working in the Agriculture & Commercial Property teams.

Charlotte grew up in Cornwall and attended Exeter University where she studied History and obtained the Graduate Diploma in Law. She now lives locally, having recently moved to North Curry.

Charlotte's appointment is part of Pardoes' aim to expand its offering in residential property to the Taunton market, following the success of the firm's established residential conveyancing team in Bridgwater.
