Sarah Doble

Sarah is a Legal Executive and has been practising as a property litigator since 2005. An expert on landlord and tenant law, Sarah regularly advises landlords, agents and tenants on both a preventative and adversarial basis. In particular with regard to obtaining possession, defending the same and in relation to tenancy deposits.
Sarah advises on general property disputes: boundary/covenant issues, squatters and nuisance claims. She has developed strong relationships with various lenders, advising both mortgagors and mortgagees in relation to mortgage problems, particularly in respect of possession proceedings. She also prepares assured shorthold tenancy agreements, holiday let agreements, service occupancy agreements and offers a supply and check service where such agreements are in place and independent advice is required.
Sarah can also assist in the recovery of rent arrears and service charges for both private and commercial landlords. Sarah's experience and comprehension of clients' objectives, coupled with her practical common sense approach ensures her clients have a clear strategy and successful outcome. Out of work, Sarah enjoys the country life with her husband and son. Walking with her dogs, which she also shows and races, takes up the majority of Sarah's spare time and takes her all over the British Isles. Sarah has recently been appointed the first South West Area Representative of the National Lurcher & Racing Club and actively takes part in promoting the health and welfare of lurchers and running dogs. When she can, Sarah also enjoys her foreign holidays to sunnier climates, with her favourite escapes being Greece and Turkey.
