Mike Hughes

Mike Hughes graduated from Keele university in Staffordshire with a joint honours degree in Philosophy and Law and was enrolled as a solicitor in December 1973. He became a partner in a general practice in Sussex where he practiced for many years until moving to the West Country in 1982, becoming a partner in a Yeovil firm before setting up his own firm in partnership with Keith Middle (residential and commercial property) in 1988. Middle & Hughes amalgamated with Marsh Warry & Arrow in year 2000 and continued to practice under the title Marsh Warry. That firm was incorporated in Pardoes in April 2011. Mike has a wealth of experience in most aspects of litigation and criminal defence at all levels from petty offences to murder. Latterly he has concentrated on criminal defence and family work. Out of the office Mike is an avid reader of fiction, a keen walker and a boule player amongst other things. He confesses to being an arctophile!
