Bhavani Hogarty

Bhavani is a nationally recognised specialist in the field of commercial and residential property disputes with over 20 years' experience. Bhavani previously headed the Property Litigation Department at Battens and was also the Head of Property Litigation at Foot Anstey, having been Head of Property Litigation at London firm Salans, following 10 years at leading City practice, Hogan Lovells. Bhavani has extensive experience in all aspects of property litigation, both in an advisory capacity and as a litigator. She is known for having real empathy with her clients, given her own passion for property. She prides herself in being able to give a clear analysis of the position, set out a strategy and will provide transparent advice on costs from the outset. Her clients have included Barclays Bank plc, Prudential Portfolios Managers Limited, Coal Pension Properties, Abbey Manor Group, Hopkins Developments Limited and many owner managed businesses and private individuals.
